Mission

The mission of USA Gymnastics is to encourage participation and pursue excellence in all aspects of gymnastics. IHG's mission is to provide a safe and fun environment where children gain gymnastics knowledge and skills while enhancing their self-esteem, self-confidence, and respect for others. We understand the importance of safe practice and we strive to make that our number one goal. At IHG students learn all areas of gymnastics vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and the floor exercise under certified supervision.

Safety & Certifications

IHG is a member club of USAG. All IHG staff are safety certified through USAG's Safety/Risk Management program. Our USAG certified IHG staff have also been cleared through the NCSI background check. Your children are in safe hands when they become part of the IHG family.
